Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: your name, email, and profile picture from Google when you sign in.
• Delivery details: the ward, landmark, city, and phone number you save with each address.
• Orders: items ordered, price, payment method, delivery status.
• Technical: basic request logs (IP, user agent) to prevent abuse.

2. How we use it

• To fulfil your orders (the shop and rider see your name, phone, and address).
• To let you sign in, see your order history, and manage saved addresses.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the service.

3. Sharing

We share order details with the fulfilling shop and the assigned rider only, and only what they need to deliver your order. We do not sell your data.

4. Storage

Data is stored on managed Postgres (Neon) hosted in AWS us-east-1. Sessions are held in HTTP-only cookies for 30 days. We keep order records as long as needed for business and statutory reasons (typically 7 years for tax purposes).

5. Your rights

You can log out any time, delete saved addresses from your profile, or request account deletion by emailing us. We remove personal data on request except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax invoices).
