ZEPZO is a hyperlocal grocery-delivery service operated by Websoworks. We connect customers with neighbourhood shops and arrange delivery through our rider network.
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number you provide.
Prices, availability, and delivery time estimates are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method. An order is a proposal to buy the listed items; the shop may decline or partially fulfil an order if stock changes.
Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather, or shop pickup delays. If we can't deliver, you won't be charged.
You may cancel a pending order before it is packed. Perishables are non-refundable once delivered unless damaged or spoiled — in that case contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a refund.
Don't place fraudulent orders, harass riders or shops, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
